Instructor-Led Training Courses


UA Instructor-Led Training (ILT) for pilots, technicians, and Authorized Dealers / Integrators delivers in-depth product familiarization in a formal classroom setting at our facility in Tucson, Arizona USA. Arrangements may also be made for on-site training of any available standard course. Courses are led by our qualified and experienced UA instructors.

SBAS-FMS Operational

This 2-day course is designed for new operators of the Satellite-Based Augmentation System (SBAS)-Flight Management System (FMS) and existing operators seeking a better understanding of operating their SBAS-FMS. This course augments the UA Academy course with practical exercises and hands on experience using real-world scenarios with the FMS Trainer and covers enroute and terminal operations, and approach operations.

This 1-Day course is designed for new operators and existing operators seeking a better understanding of the InSight Display System. This course augments the UA Academy course with practical exercises and hands on experience using the InSight Trainer Desktop Software Program for an interactive and engaging learning experience.

This 1-day course is designed for new operators and existing operators seeking a better understanding of the EFI-890R/H Advanced Flight Display. Integration and Installation

UA Installation and Integration courses are designed for Authorized Dealers and Integrators. These engaging courses include a technology overview, models and specifications, system interfaces, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, installation certification, return to service, operational overview and training. The courses may also include interactive use of equipment and training software.

Scheduling


For Instructor-Led Training courses, contact us for more information or to register. A registration form must be completed and returned prior to training to reserve a seat. Please make your reservation early to ensure seating availability.

For ILT courses for pilots, it is recommended that you know and understand your flight manual supplement and if possible, provide a copy during registration. 

Cancellation

In the event a cancellation is required, please contact us during normal business hours, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled course. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the first day of training will not be charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged for the scheduled training.

 

On-site Training
