Tucson, AZ – Universal Avionics Systems Corporation (UASC) announced that they have promoted Donald D. Berlin to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Berlin will oversee Universal Avionics day to day operations. This includes Manufacturing, Marketing and Engineering Support in Tucson, as well as Engineering Research and Development activities in Redmond, Washington and Norcross, Georgia. Mr. Berlin was previously Vice President and General Manager of the Marketing/Product Support Division. He has been influential in guiding the company’s evolution, having been in senior management positions since the introduction of the company’s first product in 1982.
