New 9/80 Schedule Now in Effect

Please be advised that Universal Avionics’ business hours have been updated to accommodate a 9/80 schedule for our employees. Effective March 13, 2020, our business hours are extended throughout the week and offices are closed every other Friday. Our new compressed work arrangement allows UA employees to achieve an important and healthy work-life balance.

UA is committed to providing the exceptional customer and product support you have come to know over the years. Our qualified Sales and Support teams are available to support your critical needs when offices are closed every other Friday:

  • Database Administration: Email navdata@uasc.com or visit UniNet to access invoices, database updates, download instructions, and more.
  • Support: As always, Field Service Engineers are assigned to support urgent and AOG technical issues outside of normal business hours. Email customersupport@uasc.com or call our AOG – 24 Hour Parts Hotline at +1 520 295 2399.
  • Repair Station: Should you need repair services, our Repair Station personnel continue to be available seven days a week. Email repairs@uasc.com or call our AOG – 24 Hour Parts Hotline at +1 520 295 2399.
